WRIGHTBRAINEDSECURITY
Book a call
The job a full-time security leader would do, sized to you.
A plan you can follow
A prioritized security roadmap built from your real risks and your real contracts, not a generic framework. Reviewed and updated as things change.
Someone in the leadership meeting
Regular meetings with your leadership team, and plain-language reporting your board, owners or customers can actually read.
Oversight of your IT provider and vendors
We tell your IT team or provider what needs to happen, then check that it did. Same for the vendors who touch your data.
Policies and plans that match reality
Security policies, an incident response plan and the paperwork your contracts require, written for how you actually work and kept current.
Ready for the people who check
CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 readiness, the risk analysis healthcare rules require, customer security questionnaires, and supplier reviews.
A call to make when something goes wrong
Help making the decisions in the first hours of an incident: who to call, which reporting clocks have started, and what not to do.
Too big to wing it. Too small for a full-time CISO.
Defense suppliers
Small and midsize companies that handle FCI or CUI, have CMMC or NIST SP 800-171 in their contracts, and don't have a security leader on staff.
Healthcare organizations
Practices, therapy clinics, billing and revenue cycle companies, and anyone else holding patient information who wants to be harder to hit, not just compliant.
Companies with demanding customers
If your customers keep sending security questionnaires or flowing their requirements down to you, you need someone who can answer them honestly and close the gaps.
The line we don't cross.
- Not your IT provider. We don't reset passwords, patch servers or run your help desk.
- Not hands-on remediation. We direct the work and verify it, which is what lets us check it honestly.
- Not a tool reseller, a scanning service or a pen test shop. We have no product to push on you.
Not sure whether you need a vCISO or just a better IT provider? Start with the free 30-minute call. If you don't need us, we'll say so.
Four steps, no surprise invoices.
- 1
Discovery call
Thirty minutes, free. What you have, what your contracts and customers ask for, and whether we're the right fit.
- 2
Discovery and risk review
A short, structured look at your environment, your obligations and where your security stands today.
- 3
A fixed monthly proposal
Service level, meeting schedule, availability, deliverables, response times, and exactly what falls outside the retainer. No hourly meter.
- 4
The first 90 days
Your top risks named and ranked, a roadmap with owners and dates, and the first fixes underway with your team or provider.
How much does it cost?
It's a fixed monthly fee, tailored to you. It depends on how complex your environment is, the rules and contracts you have to meet, where your security stands today and how much access to us you need. You get a written proposal after the discovery and risk review, before you commit to anything.
Is it a bucket of hours?
No. You're paying for an agreed set of outcomes, meetings and response times, not a meter running in the background.
Can you work with our existing IT provider?
Yes, and we'd rather. They keep doing the hands-on work. We set the priorities, check the results and give leadership a straight answer about where things stand.
Who will we actually work with?
Jil Wright, a Lead CMMC Certified Assessor with a CISM. Not a rotating cast of junior consultants.
Is your security posture keeping you up at night?
Thirty minutes, no slide deck. Tell us what you're up against and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
