With nearly 25 years of IT experience, Jil Wright dove into the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program pretty early in the game. She has spent the last several years as a Lead CMMC Assessor and a CMMC Consultant for an authorized C3PAO. She was in one of the first groups of Provisional Assessors and Provisional Instructors trained by the Cyber-AB. She currently holds the CMMC Certified Assessor (CCA), Certified Professional (CCP), and Provisional Instructor (PA/PI) credentials, demonstrating her deep knowledge and skills in the CMMC framework and standards.

Jil has experience leading assessment teams for Joint Surveillance Voluntary Assessments, performing CMMC readiness assessments, conducting NIST 800-171 gap analyses, CMMC mock assessments, and writing policies and procedures for defense contractors, from small manufacturers to Fortune 50 companies.

Additionally, Jil contributed to the development and delivery of CMMC Certified Professional and CMMC Certified Assessor courses for a Cyber-AB Licensed Partner Publisher (LPP)/ Licensed Training Provider (LTP). Jil is passionate about securing the U.S. Department of Defense Supply Chain and training the next generation of CMMC professionals.
